GPS2 active protection net is mainly applicable to protection of overall stable moderate weathering hard rock slope with developmental joint fissure and cutting, and reinforcement of unstable rocks on slope surface, which is loose and easy to slide. It consists of rhomboidal wire rope net, double twisted hexagonal net, wire rope anchor, support rope, sewing rope and other components. The net is pre-tightened to cover and fastened to the slope surface which, by pre-tightening force, prevents rock on the slope surface from collapsing or sliding and limits the motion range of local or a few falling rocks.
