According to National Railway Administration’s Chemico〔2019〕No.36 about announcing railway industry technical standard review result shows that TB/T 3089-2004 The flexible safety net for protection of slope along the line would not be one of 94 standards of railway industry management and no necessity of existence. It is hereby notified that it is determined to be "repealed" from September 24, 2019.

At the present, TB/T 3449-2016 Railway slope flexible passive product rockfall impact test method and evaluation is the standard can be used before the announcement of new standard.
