Recently, OST received a letter of appreciation from the Yanji Maintenance Section of China Railway Shenyang Bureau, recognizing our outstanding performance in the 2025 flood prevention preparedness project. The commendation highlights OST’s strong sense of responsibility and professional capability, as well as our ability to tackle challenging tasks with excellence.

　　From the outset, the flood prevention presented multiple challenges — a tight timeline, heavy workload, and a complex terrain covering numerous scattered sites. In response, OST conducted meticulous planning and tight coordination, implementing a series of effective measures that ensured the successful and timely completion of the tasks assigned by the Shenyang Bureau.

　　(1) Strong Leadership and Efficient Organization

　　From the beginning, OST’s leadership team placed great importance on the project. Guided by the principles of "customer-oriented service, mission-driven responsibility, and result-focused Ｅxecution," the management team led operations from the front line. OST upheld the philosophy of "customer first, service above all" throughout the entire project process, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

　　(2) Racing Against Time to Overcome Challenges

　　Faced with an intense schedule, OST’s construction team demonstrated exceptional organizational and Ｅxecution capabilities. Management staff began their work as early as 4–5 AM each day, traveling over 300 kilometers daily — covering 4,500 kilometers in just 13 days — to supervise and inspect work across all sites. Meanwhile, workers remained on duty from 6 AM to 6 PM, braving wind and rain to accelerate progress. The entire team embodied a tireless fighting spirit, fulfilling their duties with determination and resilience.

　　(3) Streamlined Supply and Coordinated Ｅxecution

　　OST established an efficient supply chain and coordination system, enabling smooth transitions between construction phases and ensuring orderly on-site operations. During key stages, managers made early deployments and provided front-line guidance to guarantee construction safety and progress.

　　(4) Proactive Health and Safety Measures

　　Aware of the potential risk of tick-borne encephalitis in the project area, OST took swift action by organizing vaccinations for all staff members. This preventive measure safeguarded employee health and provided a strong foundation for labor continuity and project success.

　　Through relentless effort and dedication, the OST team made significant progress and successfully fulfilled its construction commitments. This achievement stands as a powerful testament to our unwavering sense of responsibility. Our team remains fully committed and motivated to complete the remaining tasks, contributing to the safety and stability of the railway infrastructure.
