The 21st China Rock Mechanics and Engineering Annual Academic Conference (CHINA ROCK 2024) was held in Chengdu from November 1st to 3rd, 2024. This prestigious event brought together domestic and international experts to share the latest advances in rock mechanics and engineering. OST participated in the conference, with OST’s General Manager Yue Chao chairing the Landslide and Engineering Slope session.

　　Mr. Yue presented a paper titled "Innovation and Application of Falling Rock Protection Technology for High-Steep Slopes". His presentation provided an in-depth analysis of the cutting-edge guiding protection system, demonstrating its importance and advantages through detailed case studies. Mr. Yue also highlighted several of OST's groundbreaking projects, including The High Energy Level Barrier on the Lixiang Line, developed in collaboration with China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group and Southwest Jiaotong University, and The High-Performance Steel Structure Protective ShedTunnel, which earned a gold medal at the 48th International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva.
