Found in 1973, the International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva is the biggest event in the world to be exclusively devoted to inventions.The 48th Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions opened on April 26th at the Palexpo Exhibition Center in Geneva, Switzerland. Nearly 1000 inventions form more than 40 countries took part in the 48th edition.

We participated in the exhibition and award a gold medal for the “High Performance Intelligent Flexible Protective Shed-tunnel” jointly with OST and Southwest Jiaotong University.

The technology of "High-performance intelligent flexible protective shed-tunnel" is mainly applied to protect the entrances and exits of the traffic tunnels from rockfall hazards. In response to the insufficient protection capacity, lack of hazards warning for the traditional Flexible Protective Shed-tunnel, a high-performance intelligent flexible Shed-tunnel with efficient energy distribution, full-coverage monitoring, rapid assessment and intelligent warning has been invented, which is of great significance to the transportation construction in complex mountainous areas and guarantee the safety of the transportation.

We have been insisting on scientific research and innovation for a long time, focusing on the industry pain points,carrying out scientific research with universities and made a series of scientific research achievements in the flexible slope protection technology. We awarded the first prize of the 2021 Science and Technology Award of China Highway and Transportation Society, 2020 first prize of Science and Technology Progress of the Chinese Society for Rock Mechanics & Engineering. It fully reflects our technological strength that we wins gold medal at the International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva 2023 for our “ High Performance Smart Flexible Protective Shed- tunnel”
