Sichuan OST Slope Protection Engineering Co., Ltd., founded in 2005, is a comprehensive enterprise specializing in the design and development, manufacturing, geological survey, engineering consulting, and installation of slope protection systems. Driven by innovation, we have developed a full range of solutions including guiding protection systems, rockfall barrier systems, active protection systems, flexible shed tunnel, rigid grid, and wind, sand and snow grid, etc.

Our state-of-the-art production and R&D base is located in Qingyue Village, Xiangyang Town, Guanghan, Sichuan Province. It is operated by Deyang Baiye Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., and is equipped with industry-leading manufacturing capacity and innovation platforms. We uphold the mission of "Care for Life, Guard Safety" and the quality vision of "Focus on quality, Achieve Excellence," offering clients world-class slope protection system solutions. R&D and Innovation

OST follows a university-enterprise collaborative approach and has built a strong R&D team led by professors and senior engineers, leveraging the talent advantages of Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu University of Technology, and other scientific research institutes. We are a council member of the National Engineering Research Center of Geological Disaster Prevention Technology in Land Transportation. We have built the world’s first full-scale rockfall impact test platform in China featured on CCTV and possess a comprehensive suite of static testing equipment for rockfall protection systems. Over the years, we have developed multiple product series including active mesh, barrier, guiding protection systems, and flexible shed tunnel. OST holds over 70 national patents, and has been recognized with major awards, including: Gold Medal at the 48th Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions,First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress by the Chinese Society for Rock Mechanics and Engineering, First Prize from the China Highway & Transportation Society, First Prize from the China Steel Structure Association.

Engineering Design

Customer needs guide our engineering design and service direction. By integrating advanced rockfall analysis technologies from the U.S., U.K., and Japan, and introducing leading software and equipment, we can accurately survey and analyze large-scale, complex slopes and mountain bodies, delivering scientifically grounded protection solutions.

To date, OST has undertaken and completed over 4,000 domestic projects and more than 100 international ones, providing clients with tailored, reliable solutions for a wide range of geological environments.

Our representative design solutions provided to clients include:Integrated Guiding Protection System on Guangzhou-Qingyuan Expressway,Integrated Rockfall Barrier for K425 Section of the Baocheng Railway,Slope Protection System for Beijing Fengsha Line,Rockfall Protection Engineering for Guinan High-Speed Railway.

The crested ibis protection mesh on the Xi'an–Chengdu Railway earned the Zhan Tianyou Award, and China's first high-speed railway flexible steel-structure shed-tunnel at Zhifang Tunnel was reported by CCTV and awarded the Gold Medal at the Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions.

Quality Assurance

We have established a technical standard system centered on product quality and passed ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), and ISO 14001 (Environmental) certifications.

We have conducted a series of tests, including Collapse test in Weining, Guizhou, Energy dissipation test in Fuling, Chongqing, Diversion test in Songlin, Guanghan and others.

All products are manufactured and inspected according the standards TB/T 3449-2016Rockfall impact test method and evaluation of railway slope flexible passive protection product and JT/T 1328-2020Flexible protection net system of slope, which are equivalent to the EU standard.

All of our systems have passed CMA Quality Certification (Grade A) and component performance tests certified by CNAS and CMA.
