According to the company's annual work arrangement, our Supervision and Audit Department takes the pursuit of quality, achievement and excellence as its quality goal, and the prevention of imperfection as its safety aim, in accordance with the requirements for inspection and rectification works. Based on the safety and quality management method of protective net and the company's rules and regulations, OSTS has carried out random inspection of the quality of the protection net in recent years. The inspection is as follows:

In 2018, we have carried out a series of examination on construction quality, including the active net, passive net and curtain-type net on 273 points of 54 railway/highway across the country. Among them, there are 218 points in 24 existing lines (accounting for more than 50% of the construction project) and 55 points in 30 new lines (accounting for more than 60% of the construction project).

Through the inspection, it is found that the construction team can better implement the company's quality management and construction technical requirements, and can timely rectify the problems pointed out in the inspection process according to the requirements, and the overall construction quality has been improved in different degrees compared with 2017. According to statistics, the construction quality of 236 points of 40 lines is qualified, and the 37 points of 14 lines has problems or hidden dangers. ( In view of the problems found in the inspection, OSTS requires all projects to formulate corrective measures and implement immediately, and finish the final rectification within the deadline.)
