On January 19th 2024, OST held the end year ceremony with the theme of "Upholding Fundamental Principles and Breaking New Ground, Forging Ahead with Enterprise and Fortitude" All OST members gathered in celebration, honoring the outstanding individuals and teams in 2023 and Embracing the challenges and opportunities in 2024

The celebration began with a heartfelt speech from Mr Yue, the general manager of OST, fully affirmed the remarkable achievements of OST in 2023 and expressed his gratitude to all the staff. In the face of the severe challenges of the global macroeconomic, Mr Yue emphasized that we should have a clear understanding of the current situation, maintain a steady development and seek new opportunities in the face of adversity.

Later, Mr lv, the Chairman of OST, delivered a passionate speech. He firstly gave full recognition to the remarkable achievements of OST in 2023 and expressed his gratitude and respect to Mr Yue and all staff for their tireless efforts and hard work. Mr Lv specifically thanked the veteran staff who had dedicated themselves to OST for years and expressed his deep respect for their loyalty and dedication. He mentioned that it was these staff's loyalty and persistence that had laid a solid foundation for OST's development. Their dedication was a valuable asset for OST. Finally, Mr Lv brought the new year greetings to all the members of OST and wished everyone good health and all the best!

New year, new beginning! Mr Yue signed the 2024 target agreement with the sales department and branch office with the solemn music. In 2024, we will continue to adhere to the market-orientation, uphold our original intention of scientific research and innovation, and continuously develop new products and bring more safety to the slope protection.

After signing the agreement, the celebration then moved into a series of awards presentations, recognizing individuals and teams for their outstanding performance during the year. Awards were presented in various categories, such as top sales, most improved employee and excellent team. These awards were a way to appreciate the efforts and achievements of individuals who have made significant contributions to OST’s success.

One of the highlights of the celebration is the show. A variety of activities were planned for the evening, including live music, dancing, short sketch. The atmosphere was lively and filled with positive energy.
